Rejessina Labs guarantees that any dog purchased from its breeding program and subsequently diagnosed with a major genetic defect will be either replaced with a puppy of comparable quality within one year of the diagnosis or the original purchase price will be refunded.

A major genetic defect is defined as any hereditary condition—such as severe hip or elbow dysplasia, or a temperament issue—that significantly impairs the dog’s ability to live a normal, healthy, and happy life.

In cases where the guarantor requests confirmation of the diagnosis:

• Joint-related conditions must be verified by a licensed orthopedic specialist.

• Ophthalmic issues must be confirmed by a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist.

• Temperament concerns must be assessed and documented by a professional dog trainer approved jointly by the purchaser and the breeder (Rejessina Labs).
